in the workshops... and these r some solutions us participants come up with ( suggestions may contradict becoz sometimes we have different points of view... but hey that's cool - just choose wot works best 4 u :) !! )

- 'Can / can't' is an attitude more than ability: if u say u can do something u will be able to, if u say u can't then u won't
- Don't focus on if it is good or bad when doing it but think about it at the end

- Draw in the semi-dark so u can' t
really see or worry
